Celebrating the release of their 2nd EP ‘Binary Diet’, Bristol based contemporary jazz trio based in Bristol, Hippo present a future jazz vision buried in a nest of beefy electronics and bouncing rhythms. Saxophones, synthesisers and drums go in, hippo comes out. Their hybrid music has seen them entertain diverse crowds across the UK – from techno raves to basement jazz clubs and everything in between.
