Yellow Arch consists of several rooms, with slightly varying levels of access.
The Venue
The Venue room is where all live gigs and clubnights are held. The room is wheelchair accessible, with street level access via The Courtyard and Lobby Bar. There is a small metal lip when first crossing the threshold. The bar itself has level access. The Venue room typically does not have seating unless an event is specified as seated.
The Side Bar
The Side Bar is open before, during and after live shows and sometimes is used as a secondary room for clubnights. It has a stepped entrance, and it is not currently wheelchair accessible. To enter the Side Bar there are 2 steps. The edges of the steps are contrasted with yellow edging bands for visibility. The Side Bar is accessed via The Lobby Bar.
The Lobby Bar
The Lobby Bar is generally used as the main entrance to the venue room, as overspill for The Venue room and also where merchandise is located. The room is wheelchair accessible, with street level access via The Courtyard. There is a small metal lip when first crossing the threshold.
The Courtyard
This part of the venue is wheelchair accessible, with ground floor access from the street. The concrete is mostly level but there are some inconsistencies, such as ridges, lips and crack. The courtyard has seating, tables and heaters.

Our Commitment
Everyone is welcome in our venue, and we are aware that there are a number of improvements needed to make the venue fully accessible. We are aware that not all disabilities are visible, and we are striving to make the venue available for as many people to enjoy as possible. We will review our accessibility statement regularly, and intend to make improvements to the building, our communications, and our processes wherever possible and practical. The venue is housed within a historic building and there are a number of structural limitations which prevent certain adaptations being made, but we are committed to doing our very best with the resources we have available.
